Single Sign-On lets your team sign in to Checkmate using your company's existing identity provider, instead of a separate Checkmate password.
Setting up Single Sign-On
While signed in to your Checkmate account, click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click User Access.
Click the Users tab to view and manage users.
Click the Single Sign On button.
Enter your company's email domain.
This tells Checkmate which users should sign in through your identity provider.Click Submit to register your domain.
You'll see your Organisation ID and registered domain displayed — this confirms that your SSO organisation has been created successfully.
Click Configure to open the setup guide in WorkOS, where you'll complete the connection between Checkmate and your identity provider.
Select your identity provider from the list — for example, Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
Follow the guided setup steps.
Once you've selected your provider, WorkOS walks your IT team through the remaining steps — including creating the Checkmate app in your identity provider and testing the connection.
Disabling Single Sign-On
If you need to revert your team to direct login, you can disable Single Sign-On at any time from the same Users tab.
