In this article, we'll walk you through how to set up a follow-up question for candidates and configure email alerts for their responses.
While signed in to your Checkmate account, click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click Company Settings.
Click the Branding tab.
Click on the three-dot menu and choose Edit to open the brand editor.
Click Engagement to set up your follow-up question.
Toggle the Follow Up Yes/No Question switch on to enable the follow-up question.
Enter the question you'd like candidates to answer.
Toggle on the Email address notification switch to receive an alert whenever a candidate answers yes.
Click Save once you are happy with your changes.
