Accessing the Users tab
The Users tab shows everyone in your account, along with their contact details, two-factor authentication status, and whether they've verified their account.
While signed in to your Checkmate account, click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click User Access.
Click the Users tab to view and manage users.
Adding users
Click Invite to add a new user to your account.
Fill in the form with the new user's details. First name, last name, and email are required. You can also assign the user to a team and assign a role.
Once you've completed the form, click the Invite button.
The invited user will receive an email to verify their account and set a password. Until they complete this step, they will appear as Pending in the Users list.
Deleting users
Click the Delete icon to remove a user from your account.
Type the user's email to confirm, then click Delete user.
Assigning account ownership
Click the star icon next to a user to transfer account ownership to them.
Resetting a user's multi-factor authentication
If a user is locked out of multi-factor authentication, click their Enabled badge in the MFA column to reset it.
Click Disable MFA to confirm. The user's multi-factor authentication will be reset. If your company enforces two-factor authentication, they will be prompted to set it up again on their next login.
